Booking and travel are permitted throughout the year, except during the months of January and December.
Ticket must be purchased under Economy Classic, Economy Flex, or Business Class fare categories.
After booking, the passenger or agent must email the following documents to the FitsAir Call Center: Passport copy, Ticket, Visa, and Student ID or Student Confirmation Letter.
The Call Center will verify the documents and issue the EMD upon successful verification.
All verification and EMD issuance must be handled exclusively through the Call Center.
