If Someone Else Paid for Your Ticket:

  • The cardholder must travel with you.
  • If not, you must complete a Debit/Credit Card Authorization Form and provide:
    – A valid ID copy
    – A consent letter from the cardholder
  • Submit these at the airport counter for verification.
