Special Needs


We treat every passenger with the same level of concern. If a traveller needs special assistance, they must make a wheelchair service request at least 24 hours before the departure.

When a passenger pays the required service value, we can provide wheelchair service up to the ramp and issue an EMD.

Wheelchair Service requests are currently available for non-medical slow walkers and the same should be requested at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our Customer Care Hotline.


Travelers with infants are requested to carry their own bassinets.
