We treat every passenger with the same level of concern. If a traveler need special assistance, they must make a wheelchair service request at least 24 hours before the departure.

When a passenger pays the required service value, we can provide wheelchair service up to the ramp and issue an EMD.

Wheelchair Service requests are currently available for non-medical slow walkers and the same should be requested at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our Customer Care Hotline.
