  • Is there a business class option?
    Currently we operate exclusively in economy class.

  • What are the fare types offered by FitsAir?
    We have 3 fare types that lets you choose what's most valuable to you. The fare type you choose will determine your checked baggage allowance, whether you will be able to change or cancel your booking, the option to select your seat in advance.
  • How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation directly on our website www.fitsair.com or by sending us a copy of your passport that includes your travel itinerary through WhatsApp on (+94) 777 811118 or email [email protected]

Alternatively, you can visit our City Office at 362, Galle Road, Colombo 03 or branch office at 429, Negombo Road, Seeduwa.

  • Are name changes permitted?

No. We do not allow name changes. However, minor adjustments such as typos/spelling mistakes on names can be accommodated.

  • How can I make a date change on the ticket?

Based on the fare type, date changes are possible at a nominal fee.

  • What is the refund process?
    Eligibility for a refund is based on below criteria.
  • Purchased through a travel agent - The refund should be requested directly from the respective travel agent.
  • Purchased from FitsAir -
    a) Totally unutilized – Send a request to FitsAir Customer Care on WhatsApp 0777811118 or email [email protected]. A penalty of USD 80 will be applicable.

    b) Partially utilized – Send a request to FitsAir Customer Care team on WhatsApp 0777811118 or email [email protected]. All applicable costs and taxes will be deducted and penalty of USD 80 is applicable.

Refund requests typically take 45 working days to process.

  • What is the luggage allowance for an infant?

Checked-in baggage of 5kg and cabin baggage of 5kg.

  •  How much of luggage does the different fare types offer?

Checked-in baggage of 30kg and cabin baggage of 7kg.

  • How can I obtain excess luggage?

You can pre-purchase excess luggage at our City Office (Colombo 3 & Seeduwa) for an additional fee of USD 90 per 15kg OR at the Airport for an additional fee of USD 10 per kg 

  • If my baggage allowance is 30KG will I be allowed to carry 3 pieces of baggage?

You can carry maximum of 2 bags. Any extra piece will be charged at USD 50

  • If my baggage allowance is 40KG will I be allowed to carry 3 pieces of baggage?

You can carry maximum of 2 bags. Any extra piece will be charged at USD 50

  • If my baggage allowance is 40KG and what is the maximum weight allowed per bag?

Maximum weight should not exceed 32KG per baggage piece

  • If my baggage has exceeded the weight limit at the time of check-in will I be charged for both excess weight as well as the additional piece?

You will be charged only for the excess weight

  • Is FitsAir safe?

We at FitsAir are committed to international and all other appropriate safety standards.

We conduct regular mandatory safety checks on all our aircrafts and are audited by The Sri Lanka Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA).

  • Who are the owners of FitsAir?

FitsAir is part of the Aberdeen Holdings Group of companies.

  • Is FitsAir operating domestic passenger flights?

Yes, we do. Please contact our Domestic Operation Help Desk via email [email protected]

  • Can we get dummy tickets?

We do not offer dummy tickets.

  • What is the arrival terminal at the Dubai Airport?

Terminal 01

  •  Is there food available on board?

Yes. We offer a light snack and refreshments on-board.

  • How are people with disabilities cared for?

Wheelchair Services are offered at a cost of USD 10, if a traveler needs special assistance. Wheelchair Service request should be made at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our Customer Care Hotline.

  • Is it safe to take a flight during pregnancy?

You can fly with FitsAir as usual up to the end of your 28th week of pregnancy. If you plan to fly after this period, please ensure you provide a medical certificate from your doctor or midwife. Additionally, we recommend expecting mothers to carry their pregnancy records at all times, as they may be requested during check-in.

  • Are baby bassinets available?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer bassinets.

  • Are Wheelchair assistance request available?

Wheelchair Service requests are currently available for Non-Medical Slow walkers and the same should be requested at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our Customer Care Hotline.
