FitsAir Tickets are issued pursuant to the respective air fare conditions and FitsAir conditions of carriage. Any change to an issued ticket will be treated in accordance with such issuing conditions.

We respect our customers view and decision in respect of request for refund of a purchased ticket. And will endeavor to find the best and speedy solution for your refund requests.

FitsAir allows Refunds on fully unutilized tickets subject to respective air fare conditions. Partially used FitsAir tickets are not refundable.

Non-refundable condition is shown on ticket.

Non-Refundable Tickets :

  • Tickets issued on special discounted and promotional fares may not be refundable.

FitsAir customers can reach our Customer Contact Centre  (+94) 117 940 940,

City Office or any other local FitsAir offices or FitsAir website to initiate and request for a FitsAir Ticket refund.

Refund requests will be processed manually and FitsAir will contact customers directly once the refund is ready.
