Eligibility
Basic:
Available to passengers holding tickets under any Economy fare family, including Economy Promo, Basic, Classic, or Flex.
Flex:
Available only to passengers holding tickets under Economy Classic or Economy Flex fare types.
Not Eligible:
Passengers traveling on rebated tickets are not eligible for Business Class upgrades via the Call Center or Airport. However, they may request an inflight upgrade, subject to Business Class seat availability.
