Eligibility
Basic:
Available to passengers holding tickets under any Economy fare family, including Economy Promo, Basic, Classic, or Flex.
Flex:
Available only to passengers holding tickets under Economy Classic or Economy Flex fare types.
Not Eligible:
Passengers traveling on rebated tickets are not eligible for Business Class upgrades via the Call Center or Airport. However, they may request an inflight upgrade, subject to Business Class seat availability.

Passengers who purchase a Business Class ticket for travel from Colombo to Dubai are eligible for a complimentary Chauffeur Service from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to their hotel or residence.
Please note:
This service is only available to Business Class ticket holders.
Passengers who upgrade from Economy to Business Class are not eligible for this service.
The request form must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time.
Late or incomplete submissions will not be processed.
One form must be submitted per eligible passenger or family traveling together.
