Flight Cancellation

If we cancel a flight, or fail to operate a flight according to schedule because of our fault, we shall offer the below in accordance:

  1. If the flight is cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, passengers will be offered a full refund or booked on an alternate date on a FitsAir flight. 

  2. If the flight is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, passengers will be offered a full refund, or re-book them if possible on an alternate flight (either FitsAir or otherwise).

All refunds will be processed in the above instances within 7 working days. 

The airline will not be obliged to pay compensation if the cancellation is caused by extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
