Eligibility

• Basic:
  Available to passengers holding tickets under any Economy fare family, including Economy Promo, Basic, Classic, or Flex.

• Flex:
  Available only to passengers holding tickets under Economy Classic or Economy Flex fare types.

• Not Eligible:
  Passengers traveling on rebated tickets are not eligible for Business Class upgrades via the Call Center or Airport. However, they may request an inflight upgrade, subject to Business Class seat availability.

Rates are per sector. For return tickets, rates will be doubled, except for MLE, which will remain as listed.

Flex – 

Rates are per sector. For return tickets, rates will be doubled, except for MLE, which will remain as listed.

• Payment for upgrades is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Business Class benefits include an enhanced onboard experience but will not include additional baggage allowances or reduced change or cancellation fees, if upgraded inflight.
