Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Sell advertising space for our own SkyView Inflight magazine. (You will be responsible for shaping and developing print and digital platforms).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry relevant role. (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages (Tamil and Sinhala are advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
