Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving ticket sales, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the airline’s revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell airline tickets and related services to clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in implementing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
