Head of Sales

The Head of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing the airline’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives. This role involves managing a dynamic sales team, building relationships with key clients, driving partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue performance across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational expertise to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure outstanding results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee sales operations, including reporting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Represent the airline at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record in the travel industry or related fields.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the travel and tourism market.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and strategy execution.
