The Flight Dispatch Manager reports to the Manager Flight Operations and is responsible for effective operations and maintenance of standards of the FitsAir OCC and its team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards in all operational activities
• Provide the management leadership for the day-to-day company operation
• Plan and manage the use of departmental resources, directing the accurate scheduling of workflow and workforce planning
• Strengthen cooperation between OCC and other relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, scalability, and efficiency in KPI’s.
• Submission of  reports for internal and external requirements
• Establish, maintain and analyze company operations performance data to formulate appropriate recommendations and action for improvement
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure operational needs are met through innovative solutions and system improvements

Requirements

• A CAASL issued Flight Dispatcher License (Flight Operations Officer) is a mandatory requirement
• Should have a comprehensive knowledge of local, foreign state regulations and evolving best industry practices in flight operations
• Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory role or in audit processes would be a distinct advantage
• Proven experience of a minimum of 10 years in flight dispatch and operations on international scheduled and charter flight operations
• Strong Administration and Organisational skills complemented with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure in a time critical and challenging environment
• In-depth understanding of online platforms and their operational requirements.
