Passengers requiring mobility assistance can request a wheelchair service, available from check-in through boarding and upon arrival. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours before departure by contacting our Customer Care Hotline.

• Available for non-medical “slow walkers.”
• Assistance provided up to the aircraft ramp.
• An Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) will be issued upon payment.

Ambulift Service 

For passengers unable to use stairs, our Ambulift service ensures a safe and dignified boarding and deplaning experience. Equipped with an elevating platform, the Ambulift aligns with the aircraft door for easy access.
