We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team at FitsAir as a Social Media and Design Assistant. This role will support our marketing efforts by creating engaging social media content, designing original visuals, and managing our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay ahead of digital trends.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & etc.) while designing engaging and original visuals for FitsAir’s social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media content to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions, ensuring brand
consistency across all platforms.
Monitor trends and performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Assist in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and innovations.
Fair knowledge of industry-standard graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop and InDesign (strictly no Canva).
Experience in social media management and analytics tools.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for design, marketing, and aviation is a plus!
Proficiency in all three languages (Sinhala, Tamil, and English) is an added advantage.
