Eligibility

• Passengers with Economy Classic or Economy Flex tickets are eligible for advance upgrades to Business Class.

• Economy Promo, Economy Basic and Rebated tickets are not eligible for advance upgrades through the Call Center or at the airport. These fare types may be upgraded inflight only, subject to Business Class seat availability.

Upgrade fees vary by sector and upgrade channel:

Rates apply per sector. For return trips, double the applicable rate (except for Malé sectors).

• Payment for upgrades is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Business Class benefits include an enhanced onboard experience but will not include additional baggage allowances or reduced change or cancellation fees, if upgraded inflight.
