Position Summary:
The Crew Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for leading the crew scheduling function to ensure optimal crew productivity, regulatory compliance, and timely publication of rosters.The role demands strong analytical ability, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail in maintaining and reporting accurate crewing data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of targeted productivity hours for crew in alignment with operational goals.
• Plan and schedule crew accurately and cost-effectively, ensuring adherence to aviation regulations, safety requirements, and proper utilization of leave entitlements.
• Publish monthly rosters within stipulated timelines.
• Provide timely resolution to internal and external crew-related queries; gather and incorporate feedback from Cabin Crew and other departments.
• Ensure error-free and prompt reporting to Management, HR, and Finance to support payroll, training planning, and receivables, along with data analysis and flagging discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate crew data in the AeroFits system. Recommend and follow up on system enhancements for improved crew productivity and issue resolution with service providers.
• Address and close non-compliance notices from internal/external audits within agreed timeframes and implement corrective actions.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crew Scheduling Officer.
2. Completed training in basic airport safety and security procedures and regulations.
3. Proficient in airline crewing systems, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), and online tools.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of drafting technical reports andpresentations.
5. Fluent in English.
