• 3. Change or cancel booking

In the event there is no specific reservation change fee applied on the ticket at the time of  issuance, US$ 50 equivalent will be charged as reservation change fee.

• Out of MLE / MAA : No show Change Fee After Departure same as Ex CMB

**Medium haul flights – Dubai and Dhaka

• Out of DXB : No show Change Fee After Departure NOT ALLOWED for both Classic/Flex
• Out of DAC : No show Change Fee After Departure USD 120 for both Classic /Flex

Terms and Conditions;

1. Rebooking and cancellations are allowed up to 5 hours before the flight. However, if the cancellation is made by the passenger, it must be done at least 12 hours prior to departure.
2. For cancellations after departure of the flight (No Show), only the country taxes will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher subject to the refund fee.
3. When partial cancellation is permitted, one way applicable fare will be deducted from the ticket value.
4. In case of a date change, rebooking fee and any difference in fare will be applicable.
5. For ‘Gate No Show,’ the ticket will not be valid for future travel and only the country taxes will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher subject to the refund fee.
6. Please be aware that if a passenger fails to show up at the gate (Gate No Show) for a flight departing from Dubai, an additional penalty of USD 60 will be charged. This charge is in addition to any other applicable fees.
7. In the event of a partially utilized ticket, we will only be refunding the unutilized country taxes in the form of a credit voucher . The fare and the fuel surcharges for the segments already flown or unused will not be refunded.
8. For all no-show refund requests, both fully and partially unutilized tickets will incur a processing fee of USD 60 per sector.
