  • Thorough knowledge of departure control systems/reservations systems and baggage services systems.
  • Excellent PR skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with authorities and service providers.
  • Ability to deal with customers in a friendly yet persuasive and firm manner.
  • An appreciation of the team concept and ability to lead and motivate the team.
  • Enhance and maintain a high standard of handling in passenger services/baggage services and ramp services.
  • Manage overseas stations both operationally and administratively in keeping within the legal frame work of the respective authorities.
  • Thorough knowledge in emergency response plan and safety management system.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications in ground handling will be advantages.
  • 5 years or more experience in a management capacity in ground operations and airport services.
